Tests are a mixture of Rspec and the system tests introduced in Rails 5.2. Our deployment environment is Heroku and everything is in GitHub.

We've been in production on this platform for over 8 months and we're still creating the first version of some pretty big features of the app. Once we get this done, we'll be revisiting all areas of the application and, in conjunction with our Customer Success team, looking for ways to improve the user experience.
